If plans change – cancellation policy

• A free cancellation is possible up to two days before arrival by 6:00 pm. In case of a later cancellation, one night will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the total amount of the stay to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
• Please note that different cancellation conditions apply to bookings of three rooms or more, as well as during trade fairs and congress dates, Advent weekends, Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, The full amount will be charged for cancellations made within two weeks of arrival
• For non-refundable rates, the total amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Booking information

• All prices are quoted in Euro and include breakfast and statutory taxes. The local tourist tax is not included.
• Payment is due at the latest upon departure at the hotel. The credit card provided serves as a guarantee for the reservation and will be checked for validity prior to arrival (the amount of the first night will be authorised on the card).
• We accept Maestro/debit cards, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Payment in cash (in EURO) is also possible.
• Check-in: Rooms are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Arrival is possible until 11:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.
• Check-out: Your room is available until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• Special bedding for guests with allergies is available upon request.
• For your four-legged companions we charge EUR 15.00 per night.
• We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. In case of non-compliance, a flat cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged.
• Unfortunately, we do not have hotel parking spaces. You can park your car safely in the “Unterer Stadtplatz” garage at a rate of EUR 13 per day.
