Right of withdrawal in our voucher shop

You have the right to cancel this purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason, as long as the voucher(s) purchased has/have not yet been redeemed with us. The voucher is only valid after receipt of payment and email confirmation from us. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the paid voucher online or in person. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for cash. In principle, the paid voucher is valid for 30 years. Please be careful if you lose the voucher, as it is transferable and may be redeemed by the person who carries it and presents it. It can only be redeemed upon presentation of the original voucher.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation by email before the expiry of the cancellation period. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to return the purchased voucher by means of a clear statement sent by email.

If you cancel this voucher purchase, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
